ORDER TRACKING

Our courier company will send you an email with your tracking number once your order has been prepared and been dispatched from the warehouse. When you receive it, you can enter it on the tracking page.
If your tracking does not work do not worry, keep in mind that it takes a few hours to enter your tracking in the system and that only sends in working days, try it again later.
If your order passes through a customs office, we are not responsible for the additional expenses that this entails.
If you make a return to another address of the one provided by email, we are not responsible for your loss.

 

APPLICABLE TAXES

The price of the products are indicated next to the descriptive sheet of each one of them and include the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax were applicable, this would be indicated.

 

DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

f you receive a defective product send us images where the damage is clearly shown to be able to verify it and give you a solution.

 

INCORRECT ITEM

If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please send us an image where you appreciate everything you have received with their respective references in the box and we will give you a solution once the content is verified.

 

ORDER RETURN

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill in the following form and send it to support@fickcompany.com
The right of withdrawal consists of rescinding a contract, returning all or part of the merchandise to our offices. If it is all the merchandise purchased and sent by courier, the original shipping costs will also be refunded (the shipping costs of the return must be paid by the customer). All returns must be made within 14 days of the receipt of the goods.

The white model is made of Nylon and ecological split leather.
The black model is made of Neoprene and ecological split leather.

CUSTOM SHOES AND MYSTERY SOLE

The shoes with personalized sole and Mysterious sole (sole in a color other than white) cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case of a factory defect.

PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION

The proportions and the actual color of the sole may vary a little with the proportions of the customization tool, as it is a manual process.

 

SNEAKER CARE

Use mild soap diluted in cold water to clean them.
Not machine washable
Do not tumble dry
Dry at room temperature

 

SOLES CARE

Clean with cold water, without any chemical product.
Sneakers to walk.
