Our courier company will send you an email with your tracking once your order has been prepared and removed from the warehouse. When you receive it, you can enter it on the tracking page.

If your tracking does not work, do not worry, keep in mind that it takes a few hours to enter your tracking in the system and that it only sends on working days, try to try it later.

If your order goes through any customs, we are not responsible for the additional costs that this entails.

If you make a return to another address than the one provided by email, we are not responsible for its loss.

The price of the marketed products is indicated next to the descriptive sheet of each one of them and includes the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax were applicable, this would be indicated.

If you receive a defective product, send us images where the defect is clearly shown so that we can verify it and give you a solution, this can be done through our telephone: +34 660269080

If you receive your order incorrectly, send us an image showing everything you have received with their respective references in the box and we will give you a solution once the content has been verified.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill out the following form and send it to us at support@fickcompany.com

The right of withdrawal consists of rescinding a contract, returning all or part of the purchased merchandise to our offices. If it is all the merchandise purchased and sent by courier, the original shipping costs will also be refunded (with the costs of the return shipping being paid by the customer). This must be done within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

The white model is made of Nylon and ecological split leather.

The black model is made up of Neoprene and ecological split leather.

Use mild soap diluted in cold water to clean them.
